Our Operations & Services Business Line is looking for a Procurement Assistant (Temporary Replacement), who will have the following responsibilities:

Our Operations & Services Business Line is looking for a Procurement Assistant (Temporary Replacement), who will have the following responsibilities:
- Handle requests for information, quotations, and proposals.
- Support the negotiation with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Work with the Operations Managers overseas to guarantee the best subcontractor services for all portfolios to improve and optimize the external service costs.
- Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
- Support the evaluation of current and potential suppliers in coordination with QSE Department.
- Worldwide support for all O&M Sales and O&M Managers and new prospection countries.
- Building relationships with suppliers/subcontractors and company’s solar organization.
- Support the collaboration with stakeholders to align and drive negotiation of contracts.
- RFQ for new subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Degree in fields of Supply Chain, Engineering or Management.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, and logistics (preferred).
- Excellent MS Office domain.
- Mandatory in English.
- French is a plus.
