Customer Credit Internship - Fluent in English
About the role
As a Customer Credit Intern, you’ll be part of our financial operations, collaborating closely with our Credit and Accounts Receivable teams. Your mission will be ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer credit across our EU operations.

What You Will Do

• Work with various team members and departments to contribute to ongoing projects incl. participation in brainstorming sessions, research, and analysis.
  
• Conduct research on specific topics incl. gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing insights.
  
• Support to create and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals through shadowing colleagues to gain insights into day-to-day tasks and industry practices.
  
• Attend meetings and workshops to engage in discussions and take minutes and notes.

Who You Are

• Student/new graduates in Economy/Account or Management.
  
• Fluent in English (fluency in an additional language will be considered a plus).
  
• Have a natural customer-oriented attitude and you love solving problems.
  
• You manage well excel and Microsoft Office package.
