Enercon is looking for an indoor coordinator to join our team. As an indoor coordinator, you will be a key member for the Portuguese Installation Unit, responsible for the coordination and logistics of the mechanical and cabling installation teams, supporting management in securing and deploying wind turbine installation projects in line with safety guidelines, project requirements, corporate policies and legal requirements.

Responsabilities
Preparation and follow up the installation activities of the Enercon Wind Energy Converters;
Carry out the planning of resources related to the installation of components;
Personnel selection, assignment and vacation planning;
Promote the quality and sustainability of the service provided;
Technical support during the installation phase;
Ensure health and safety at work, including accident analyses;
Monitor of the worked hours by the technicians and responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations;
Maintain permanent communication with installation Teams and Contractors;
Report to the management the general progress of the installation works;
Optimize service processes, workflows and instructions;
Coordination of vehicles;
Travel arrangements for installation technicians;
Regular site inspections;
Keep a relationship with the different Company Departments.
Requirements
Education in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferentially);
Experience in the area (preferentially);;
Specialization in team management and coordination;
Experience in resource monitoring tools;
Good communication skills;
Good knowledge of English;
Effective member of the order of engineers (preferentially);
Knowledge of Ms Office, SAP and Lotus Notes;
Driving license class B
