Accounts Payable - International Team (m/f/d)

Location: Viana do Castelo, PT, 4925 – 432

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (> 50% remote)

Key responsibilities:

• Proper handling and recording of all incoming invoices;
• Follow-up vendor open balances and account clearings;
• Booking of travel expenses, credit cards and petty cash;
• Liaise with suppliers and internal costumers;
• Preliminary work for the month/quarter/year end closings.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, management or similar;
• Experience 3 years in similar role - not mandatory;
• Fluent in English;
• Proficient in MS Office programs;
• SAP knowledge;
• Team-orientated;
• High communication skills with international colleagues and suppliers.
