Our client, is a leading company that represents a variety of markets and have specialists within the customer care area in e-commerce, streaming services, tech companies, social media, tourism and many more all over the world.
Tasks
Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Identify and escalate content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
Requirements
C1/C2 in German & Fluent English
Highschool Degree
Dynamic and Proactive
Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
Based in Porto or willing to relocate (This position is at the office).
Relocation package on offer
Able to immediate start (starting on the 5th of July)
