Our client, is a leading company that represents a variety of markets and have specialists within the customer care area in e-commerce, streaming services, tech companies, social media, tourism and many more all over the world.
Tasks
- Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Identify and escalate content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
Requirements
- C1/C2 in German & Fluent English
- Highschool Degree
- Dynamic and Proactive
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
- Based in Porto or willing to relocate (This position is at the office).
- Relocation package on offer
- Able to immediate start (starting on the 5th of July)
