Associated with the Galeries Lafayette group and present in Portugal, in Leiria, La Redoute is looking for a Fraud Manager.

As La Redoute fraud manager you are extremely Data and AI focused. You develop trust and safety for our customers, our marketplace sellers and La Redoute. We are on the path of an exciting transformation journey. This is definitely a position for someone who wants to build with the opportunity to:

Unify fraud management at La Redoute, both in terms of tooling and governance,
Step up our approach on return / refund abuse, to lower friction on legitimate customers while increasing measures against fraudsters.

You will:

Lead the implementation of our new unified fraud prevention tool,
Manage our fraud scoring tool, setting our risk rules on both payment and refund fraud,
Lead fraud performance analytics, offering one single source of truth, providing the right insights for decision making. You will lead fraud prevention with data as a backbone.
Leverage fraud prevention to its full potential by orchestrating a strong and transverse network of stakeholders: our Digital teams, Country local teams, Logistics, Data, Security, IT (front and back), Finance and Legal.
Manage the relationship with our fraud prevention providers
Revisit our existing fraud governance and processes,
Manage and develop the Fraud Prevention team (2 people as of today).

This position is based in Portugal - Leiria area or in France - Paris or Lille area.

Requirements:

An academic background (Master degree) including one of the following: data analytics, applied mathematics, statistics.
You have more than 3 years of experience fighting fraud in a digital environment, e-commerce, PSP, fraud prevention provider, bank.
You manage fraud based on data.
You have a structured and rigorous way of working.
You love building bridges and orchestrating multiple players. This is not a position of isolated expert. A great fit for someone who wants to build a rich and strong network of partners at La Redoute.
Fluent in French and English.
