Finance Modeling Specialist
The Finance Modeling Specialist will be responsible for financial modeling, structuring and analysis of financial statements, with a primary focus on real estate investment projects, hospitality, and fund management. he selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing investment strategies, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and supporting decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment projects.
. Analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and investment returns.
. Assist in structuring business plans.
. Support the Financial Management in decision-making processes.
. Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
. 2+ years of experience in financial modeling.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is a plus.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
