HR Business Partner Hospitality (M/F) – Évora

We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office!

Key Responsibilities:

Management recruitment processes for hotel units, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent;
Creation job ads with the support of the hotels Manager’s and publication in different recruitment channels;
Search and selection of candidates;
Assist Hotel Managers in scheduling and conducting interviews as well as in the evaluation of candidates;
Map the recruitment sources of the surrounding area;
Maintain regulars contacts with employment centres, schools, universities and training centres;
Participate in job fairs and other events in the area of employment to attract candidates;
Serve as a support adviser to managers and leaders, providing support and guidance on HR issues such as conflict management, restructuring, and employment law;
Ensure the correct collection of data to support the process of hiring and payroll;
Guarantee that employment contracts are issued, signed and sent to head office;
Management of contract renewals processes and exits and support to administrative management of admissions whenever necessary;
Control of the biometric system and train users;
Support for occupational health management;
Issue/elaborate monthly HR metrics;

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as Generalist Human Resources Technician;
Previous experience in hospitality area preferably in a shared service environment;
Rigor, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
Availability to travel between the various hotels in the Alentejo area, specifically Beja and Lagoa de Santo André;
