Role Description:
Gazelle Wind Power is seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Accounting to join our team as we develop our groundbreaking floating platform technology for the Offshore Wind market.

Analytically minded and skilled in managing financial statements, reporting, and budgeting, Gazelle's Head of Finance and Accounting will report directly to the CFO in a full-time, hybrid role. Based in the Greater Viana do Castelo Area with flexibility for remote work, this position requires an individual with excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, and native or fluent Portuguese language skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in preparing financial statements, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Experience in finance and accounting and audit process
• Analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data
• Experience implementing and managing accounting software / ERP system
• Experience raising debt, equity and M&A transactions
• Knowledge of AP/AR, treasury and banking processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
