Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in B2B outbound sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
- Work with a high volume of hot leads to achieve a conversion rate of 15%.
- Aim for 3-5 sales per day.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and improve performance.
- Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential.
- A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break).
- Competitive Salary: Starting at €2,000.00 + bonuses.
- Relocation Package: We support your move to Lisbon with a comprehensive relocation package.
