We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.
Provide services for Dutch-speaking business clients of an American multinational tobacco company, with products sold in over 180 countries. The most recognized and best selling product of the company is Marlboro.

Pay: 1,290.00€ - 1,298.00€ per month

What you will be doing:
- Customer support via telephone (inbound and outbound), chat, email and video calls;
- Service and soft sales advice;
- Conduct outbound follow-up meetings after the product trial period has expired to clarify any customer questions and provide support;
- Detailed information to the customer about any questions about products;
- Support with online ordering and processing warranty cases;
- Information and assistance with questions about other tobacco products;
- Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- Be at least 21 years old
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Full time contract
- Base salary without accommodation: 1298€ gross
- Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040€ gross - only if you are currently living at least 100 km away from Lisbon
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;
- Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more!!
