Customer Support with Dutch language - Lisbon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:
Provide services for Dutch-speaking business clients of an American multinational tobacco company, with products sold in over 180 countries. The most recognized and best selling product of the company is Marlboro.
What you will be doing:

Customer support via telephone (inbound and outbound), chat, email and video calls;
Service and soft sales advice;
Conduct outbound follow-up meetings after the product trial period has expired to clarify any customer questions and provide support;
Detailed information to the customer about any questions about products;
Support with online ordering and processing warranty cases;
Information and assistance with questions about other tobacco products;

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
Be at least 21 years old
You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

Full time contract
Base salary without accommodation: 1298€ gross
Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040€ gross - only if you are currently living at least 100 km away from Lisbon

CONTRACT:

Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
