Customer Support with Italian - Apoio ao Cliente com Italiano - Lisbon
- You will work in Lisbon, Portugal

About the project:
You will be providing services for a global technology company best known for its search engine, which helps users find information online. It also offers various products and services. It is a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. and plays a major role in internet services, advertising, and cloud computing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assisting users with installing software, drivers, and updates.
- Setting up new devices, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or helpdesk systems.
- Creating and maintaining detailed records of support cases and resolutions.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level technical experts or specialized teams.
- Following up to ensure escalated issues are resolved promptly.
- Keeping an eye on system performance and uptime.
- Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- full time contract
- Base salary (gross): 1000€/month
- Performance bonus: up to 120€/month
- Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)
