Gather important information
- Monitor advertisements, detecting inappropriate links;
- Identify and troubleshoot possible issues
- Triage requests from the different entities
- Facilitate the communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners
- Help to keep relevant content on various platforms
- Respond, when possible and needed, by email, with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
- Escalate any issue, when needed
What do you need to be successful at this job?
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
- B2/C1 level in English
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

Recruitment process

Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.
You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
