We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing to help boost our e-commerce strategies to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing, E-commerce Specialist and Social Media Strategist with a strong background in paid media, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, and will be adept at analyzing data to inform strategy and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on e-commerce.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
Create engaging and high-quality content for social media and content marketing initiatives.
Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure Micillic remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Address challenges with creativity and flexibility, adapting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce.
Ability to create and optimize PPC campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
Proactive and capable of working independently and in a team.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
Fluency in English is required.
Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving and addressing marketing challenges.
Experience in the health or food products industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
