Accounting Technician (m/f)

Mehler EP Portugal is recruiting an accounting technician to join its financial team.

Function

• Classify, book and control accounting movements in the SAP
• Check and close accounts monthly
• Organize, classify, and record accounting documents according to the SNC
• Prepare periodic reports based on accounting data
• Provide support to the Accounting Manager
• Record, check and book invoices
• Manage the current treasury

Qualification

• Minimum 12th year of schooling or equivalent professional course
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Professional experience in similar functions in the industrial sector (preferred)
• Knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Good level of MS Office (Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP is valued
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical analysis
• Initiative and teamwork
• Organization and rigor
• Responsibility

Técnico(a) de Contabilidade

A empresa Mehler EP Portugal está a recrutar um técnico(a) de contabilidade para integrar a sua equipa financeira.

Função:

• Classificar, lançar e controlar movimentos contabilísticos em SAP;
• Conferir e fechar mensalmente as rubricas contabilísticas;
• Organizar, classificar e registar documentos contabilísticos de acordo com o SNC;
• Desenvolver relatórios periódicos com base nos dados contabilísticos;
• Dar suporte ao Diretor da Contabilidade;
• Registar, conferir e lançar faturas;
• Gerir a tesouraria corrente.

Perfil:

• Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade ou curso profissional equivalente;
• Bons conhecimentos de contabilidade;
• Experiência profissional em funções similares no sector industrial (preferencial);
• Conhecimentos de inglês (oral e escrito);
• Bons conhecimentos de MS Office (Excel);
• Valoriza-se conhecimentos de SAP;
• Capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
• Análise crítica;
• Espírito de iniciativa e de trabalho em equipa;
• Sentido de organização e rigor;
• Sentido de responsabilidade.
