Responsibilities: The Financial Accountant will have a dynamic day-to-day life characterised by a multiplicity of functions in the accounting team such as: Issuing customer invoices Ensure the collection of customer invoices and allocation of receipts Bookkeeping supplier invoices, employee expenses and the recording of payments as well as their allocation. Ensure reconciliation of supplier and customer current accounts Recording payroll Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Management of the customer and supplier database Management of fixed asset records Support in the monthly closing processes Support to business units We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have:
Business, economy and/or accounting degree or equivalent
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines;
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and service providers
Good team player;
Advance Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point).
