Job Description
Your responsibilities:
Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).
Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.
Our requirements:
Dutch language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
Availability to work flexible hours.
Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
