Your 'day to day'
As a Transfer Pricing Lead, you will:
Independently review and prepare transfer pricing documentation for PMI Affiliates worldwide.
Independently review and perform intercompany price calculations for Limited Risk Distributors and Contract Manufacturers.
Support the Transfer Pricing (Senior) Manager during transfer pricing audits, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
Advise other functions and markets in transfer pricing matters.
Continuously streamline transfer pricing related processes within the scope of Transfer Pricing Team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
Onboard junior colleagues in above processes.
Who we're looking for
University Degree in Law, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
7+ years experience in Finance or Tax area of an international / big local company, consulting firm, or tax administration
5+ years experience in Transfer Pricing
Knowledge of OECD / Local Transfer Pricing guidelines and regulations & the latest developments in the Transfer Pricing area
Proficiency in Excel, and good knowledge of financial integrated systems (preferred SAP)
Excellent analytical skills
Comfort in handling discussions with partners of various levels
Adaptability so as to easily flex between changing environments under strict time constrains, and keen to learn and face new challenges
Ability to present with impact and clarity and business relevant “story telling” capabilities
Proficiency in English, both oral and written
