Experience Required:
-
8+ years of experience in support activities.
-
Knowledge of major regulatory body rules (advantageous).
-
Exposure to Capital Markets applications (e.g., Calypso).
-
Familiarity with Capital Market Front Office/Back Office environments (advantageous).
-
Strong expertise in Configuration Management.
-
Solid knowledge of XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT, and Control-M.
-
Understanding of monitoring solutions like Cal Mon and Splunk.
-
ITIL certification V3 or V4.
Key Responsibilities:
-
SLA & KPI Management: Oversee service level agreements and key performance indicators.
-
Client Communication & Consulting: Engage with clients and provide advisory services.
-
Predictive Analysis & Escalation Management: Proactively manage risks, predict challenges, and escalate when necessary.

Risk Analysis & Project Execution: Perform risk assessments and drive project completion.
Daily Operations:
-
Manage daily operations on production and pre-production systems.
-
Respond to business requests via email.
-
Monitor systems and perform daily sanity checks.
-
Handle IT Service Management tasks, including request and incident management, application monitoring, and problem resolution.

Drive continuous service improvement.
-
Oversee end-of-day job flows.
-
Participate in weekend and after-hours deployments.

Update and maintain documentation.
-
Be part of a shift schedule and attend daily stand-ups.
