Service Lead Accounts Receivable GBS

Your responsibilities

Lead the global service operation for Accounts Receivable (AR) including strategic development, introduction of new service activities, roll-in of additional customers
Global responsibility for service AR regarding quality, costs, customer satisfaction, competence and compliance
Ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness in delivering service AR to BSH business areas globally in line with activity split
Take accountability for customer satisfaction and create a culture for high performance team
Provide alignment with business service demands within agreed global activity split and manage the service center location split for service AR
Conduct disciplinary and administrative tasks regarding team members (e.g. performance evaluation, approvals)

Your profile

Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
Working experience - up to 5 years
English – fluent knowledge, German or other language will be an asset
Lean Leadership, agile ways of working, service excellence, project and service portfolio management
Profound knowledge regarding Accounts Receivable processes & organization
SAP knowledge will be an asset
Empathetic & efficient servant leadership skills
Strong in cross-divisional collaboration
Analytical thinking, interdisciplinary skills
