Your responsibilities
- Lead the global service operation for Accounts Receivable (AR) including strategic development, introduction of new service activities, roll-in of additional customers
- Global responsibility for service AR regarding quality, costs, customer satisfaction, competence and compliance
- Ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness in delivering service AR to BSH business areas globally in line with activity split
- Take accountability for customer satisfaction and create a culture for high performance team
- Provide alignment with business service demands within agreed global activity split and manage the service center location split for service AR
- Conduct disciplinary and administrative tasks regarding team members (e.g. performance evaluation, approvals)
Your profile
- Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
- Working experience - up to 5 years
- English – fluent knowledge, German or other language will be an asset
- Lean Leadership, agile ways of working, service excellence, project and service portfolio management
- Profound knowledge regarding Accounts Receivable processes & organization
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Empathetic & efficient servant leadership skills
- Strong in cross-divisional collaboration
- Analytical thinking, interdisciplinary skills
