Senior Specialist CSRD reporting
As MAN Shared Services Center Sp. z o. o. we provide services in the field of accounting, finance, as well as orders and purchases for the needs of MAN Truck & Bus production and sales companies in Poland, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Hungary, Denmark, Norway and France.

What will the daily duties consist of:
- You will be involved in the regular preparation of the CSRD reporting of MAN Group to TRATON and VW Group
- You will be the contact person for domestic and foreign subsidiaries on questions relating to the preparation of CSRD reporting and selected CSRD topics
- You will continuously develop reporting of CSRD finance indicators and optimize it through further automation and simplification
- You will analyze and understand business processes with regard to optimal reporting. You will support CSRD Data-Owners to optimize and implement CSRD related reporting processes and their corresponding documentation
- Collaboration in the creation of a MAN CSRD reporting manual
- Project work for the implementation of the new CSRD reporting system will be one of your main tasks
- You will support and participate in coordination with auditors and with the ESG departments of the VW Group and TRATON Group
What do you need to prove yourself in this position?
- Degree with a focus on international accounting or group accounting
- Professional experience in the field of accounting or sustainability reporting for an industrial company or in auditing
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting and the preparation of financial statements for individual companies or knowledge of ESRS and the preparation of sustainability reporting
- High IT affinity in general and good knowledge of SAP BCS and of system processes in SAP FI/CO. In addition, experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and S4 HANA is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken English skills are required; Good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Very good analytical thinking skills and the ability to work on complex tasks
- Independent, structured and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, persuasiveness and ability to work in a team
