Being a part of big product-oriented engineering team and working with others to create and build software solutions for thousands of scientists.
Working with the development team in order to ensure the quality of delivered solutions – by bringing transparency, standardization and optimization to the ways of working.
Establishing projects specifications and technical directions. Planning, designing and leading the delivery of the infrastructure components.
Co-operating with Product Owners/Business representatives and Engineering teams by leading and supporting the delivery of emerging products.
Co-operating with Agile Facilitator in order to plan/assign and delegate tasks between engineering team members.
Developing yourself in one of many Tech directions and learn modern, as well as unique technologies and do software development and integration work.
Being ready to keep learning and using your skills to design and test innovative solutions, both in integration, backend, data exchange or UI.
Contributing to estimates of resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the organization’s products to meet customer needs.
Providing guidance related to GSK environment to development team members/contractors.
Ensuring that technical delivery is fully compliant with GSK Security, Quality and Regulatory standards.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands on experience in IT
Experience in .NET
Dev Ops & Testing Automation (Azure Dev Ops or similar)
Software development and architecture design (SOA, API, Microservices)
Cloud solutions (Azure or GCP are preferred)
Data management / architecture (Postgre SQL preferred)
Working knowledge of Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Ready to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, with commitment towards personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ITIL
Experience with Agile methodologies
Front-end development (e.g. React JS)
Containerization technologies (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes)
Leadership skills and experience or willingness for self-development in this area
