Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that business needs are met through effective use of data, process improvements, and strategic planning.

What will you do? (Key Responsibilities)

Perform ongoing analysis of massive data sets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations in different areas of the product
Define and build dashboards, reports, and analyses for different departments to help monitor game KPIs and understand connections between different KPIs and player or market behaviors
Build prediction models and causal inference models that support long term growth and monetization
Work in close collaboration with the product, game economy, and monetization departments to achieve KPI goals

Job requirements

Who you are (Key requirements)

4+ years’ experience as an analyst in data driven organizations. Experience from the gaming space - a plus
A degree in a quantitative field (math/statistics/engineering/economics or any related field)
Experience working with data science models, libraries, and tools - e.g. Num Py, Sci Kit, Pandas, Keras, Tensorflow, Sage Maker, Transformers, R, Mat Plot Lib, etc.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python (for data science purposes)
Strong literacy in statistics preferred
Experience building complex dashboards - Tableau or Metabase experience a plus
