We are looking for an experienced SAP IS/IT Support consultant with significant technical knowledge and experience on Open Text VIM solution (Vendor Invoice Management for SAP ECC6.)
Main activity of this position will be the support in the Run phase of the project:

Aiming at collecting requests and incidents through PO Desk portal (Easy Vista)

Technical analyzing of issues,

Fixing the issues and service requests met by the business users.

Acting as a technical expert of DIAPPO solution

Providing best practices and technical recommendations
Technical information
- Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Solutions Version 7.6 for SAP ECC SP6 (upgrade planned to SP8)
- Open Text™ Intelligent Capture for SAP 21.2 IC4SAP
- Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions ADA
Required experience
-
At least 5 years of Technical and functional Knowledge of SAP VIM Open Text is mandatory

Experienced with Purchase to Pay process, and with Vendor Invoice control processes, in an international and industrial context Excellent good communication skills; end user-oriented mindset

Proactive mindset

Usage of ticketing application (PO Desk Easyvista)

Experience in IS/IT support activity

English - fluent

French - nice to have
