Who We Are Looking For:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to fintech roles.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level.

Strong self-organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Previous involvement in hiring Fintech roles in addition to generic business positions.
