Your Future Tasks:

Craft engaging and comprehensive job descriptions for various positions in Fintech and beyond.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent for open roles.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Support the continuous improvement of core recruitment processes within the company with best practices and cutting-edge tools.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to fintech roles.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level.
- Strong self-organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
It Would Be a Plus:
- Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Previous involvement in hiring Fintech roles in addition to generic business positions.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the sourcing process.
