As our company is actively growing, we are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and business leaders alike, for bringing focused experience in hiring within software companies. The Executive Recruiter will be a strategic problem solver and have a shared sense of urgency in identifying and filling critical leadership and niche talent gaps for our growing company. Duties and responsibilities (what you do):
Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent in different countries
Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Lead the recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit and assess the available form of employment in a specific country
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed
Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
3+ years of progressive corporate and/or executive search firm recruiting experience with a focus on senior and middle-management roles search in a complex and competitive market
2+ years of experience in international recruitment and closing vacancies in different countries
Experience in market analysis and reports preparation
Upper-Intermediate + level of English
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills with the ability to develop and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates of senior leadership level
Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone
Networking skills, enjoy meeting new people
Open-minded, continuous learner

Understanding the employment process in various countries, collaboration options, and readiness to consult candidates on these topics
Experiance in a technology company and staffing for Engeeniring leadership roles
