Main responsibilities will include:

• Investigation and reconciliation of GR/IR (goods received/invoice received) and Vendor Open Items GL accounts across all markets.
  
• Performing activities related to month end closing activities for GL suspense accounts.
  
• Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements.
  
• Preparing analysis of current status of GR/IR and VOI and reporting it on a monthly basis to Local Finance Team.
  
• Collaborating with other departments (Vendor Care, Invoice Care, Procurement).
  
• Participate in project(s) to support the implementation of new business developments, in order to facilitate the success of the project by bringing in his/her day to day experience in the accounting area.
  

About you

We are potentially looking for a person with experience in invoice care and cash allocation and very good English language.

Additionally, we would be looking for:

• Good analytical skills, ability to organize own workflow effectively and to optimize process ongoingly.
  
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes
  
• Ability to work in a Team.
  
• Good English with good communication skills
  
• Good comprehension of the Microsoft Office package
  
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred
  
• Knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage.
  
• Experience working in an international environment
