- Monitor and evaluate the quality of ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, guidelines, and platform policies
- Review and validate sales presentations, materials, and strategies for consistency and compliance with best practices
- Identify process gaps, errors, or areas for improvement in campaign management and provide actionable feedback
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI) to ensure KPIs are met and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with sales, ad operations, and client success teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct audits of B2B sales processes, ensuring adherence to internal standards and policies
- Provide detailed reports on QA findings and suggest corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to help the sales team improve their product knowledge and advertising expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- German or Hungarian or Romanian or Czech at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level
- 1+ years of experience in QA, ideally in online advertising or digital marketing (B2B/B2C experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with QA tools or CRM systems
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
