Valeo is an automotive supplier and partner to automakers worldwide. As a technology company, we design innovative solutions for smart mobility, with a particular focus on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions. The Group also provides and distributes spare parts for automakers and independent aftermarket operators.
The plant produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Supervise quality issues during a project development to assure meeting all quality requirements and objectives during all phases of the project.

Supervise quality issues during a project development to assure meeting all quality requirements and objectives during all phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and validate with customer definition of requirements;
- Participate in project development according to Constant Innovation Policy;
- Define and implement quality plans;
- Prepare quality data (samples, standards, instructions, measurements, tests, analysis, etc.) for all stages of project development and internal milestones validation by Valeo;
- Prepare quality data (samples, measurements, tests, analysis, etc.) for all customer milestones validation;
- Manage communication with the customer;
- Prepare and conduct quality training for operators, inspectors, supervisors, etc.;
- Manage all deviations according to project QRQC rules;
- Participate in project and quality related meetings;
- Prepare data and produce requested by superiors reports.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in technical area;
- Min 2-3 years of experience in project quality area, preferably in automotive industry;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, FCA, etc.);
- Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation;
- Customer orientation and accuracy with precision is a must.
