Project Support Specialist (IT/Finance)

Your Tasks
1. Support on Project Financial Management:
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting financial needs. Support in analyzing financial data to provide insightful reports and performance metrics and assist in ensuring fiscal health across projects.
- Project Management Enhancement: Work closely with Project Managers to integrate accurate financial data into project monitoring. Provide first-level support for project management tools, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
- First-Level Support: offering initial support for organizational queries about our project management platform, ensuring smooth tool functionality and quick resolution of IT-related issues and serving as a crucial liaison between our project management organization and the technical project management platform team to efficiently address and follow up on IT-related issues.
- Process Optimization: Proactively support to identify and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine management practices and increase project success rates.
- Strategic Communication: Act as a key liaison, facilitating effective communication between project teams, finance, and senior management, particularly on PPM SNOW-related issues. Encourage a cooperative team atmosphere to meet and exceed project objectives.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Experience: At least 3 years in project financial management and support, with a solid grasp of project management methodologies and financial principles.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using financial analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and profound knowledge in a leading project management software like PPM (SNOW).
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Work Ethic: Capable of independent and collaborative work in a dynamic environment, with a keen technical understanding or the ability to quickly grasp technical contexts.
