Business Analyst
Your Tasks
- Design, develop, test and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Regional Commercial Teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Align & challenge requirements with stakeholders to meet expectation and balance the effort
- Design a holistic product user experience, fulfilling business requirements while observing technical constraints.
- Apply UX best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly reports
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Actively search and propose ideas for reporting and process automation
Your Profile
- University degree in degree in Finance, IT, or a related field
- 3+ experience in Analytics, Controlling or Commercial function
- Very good understanding of business KPIs and how they relate
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Power BI (DAX) is a must
- Understanding of Data Base and Data Modeling concept
- Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch will be an asset
- Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
