THE WORK:

• Provide support for the development team by monitoring working time and coordinating the roll-on/roll-off process, as well as demonstrate enthusiasm for professional growth through effective logistical planning and a commitment to continual progress in all responsibilities.
• Prepare and analyze reports, participate actively in project audits, and contribute to the optimization of design processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
  
• Manage project access, handle billing for development services, and ensure efficient project documentation management, demonstrating a proactive approach to skill enhancement.
  
• Schedule meetings effectively and contribute to organizing team events, motivated by opportunities to improve collaboration and teamwork.
  

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 1-2 years of experience working on similar position
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and good understanding of project management processes
• Detail-oriented and self-organized, capable of tracking open tasks and function statuses.
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Power BI
  
• Experience in working with Jira and Confluence or other tools
