Position: Production Planner
Based: Stefanowo, Poland
We are looking to employ a customer-oriented and experienced production planner to prepare, modify, and manage production schedules. Full time position, permanent contract.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing production plan to maximize service and minimize operational cost and inventory.
- Adhering to all quality and safety standards.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Monitoring the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.
- Supporting other projects.
- Identify loss and value and non-value-added activities and implement a continuous improvement plan.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience as production planner
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Good English knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task and handling quick turnaround.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to identify problem issues and escalate and/or execute acceptable solutions.
- Possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other departments, employees, or managers at all levels within the company.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good MS Office knowledge, including MS Excel.
