What will you be doing in our #tech_hive:
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing the production of medical devices in accordance with schedules, quality standards, and applicable regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, MDR / ISO 13485).
- Ensuring production efficiency and timeliness, optimizing processes to increase productivity.
- Leading a small production team.
- Solving current production challenges and ensuring smooth communication between team members and other departments (e.g., R&D, Procurement).
- Supervising compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the medical devices industry (e.g., ISO 9001, MDR / ISO 13485).
- Initiating and overseeing activities aimed at continuous improvement of production quality and delivered devices, as well as supplier collaboration.
- Working closely with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Initiating and implementing optimization projects and new technologies in the production process, as well as collaborating with suppliers (supply chain).
- Monitoring industry trends and innovations, and proposing improvements to the production process.
Who are we looking for?
What you need to become part of A4BEE:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, MDR / ISO 13485 standards will be an additional advantage.
- Experience in managing a production team and implementing optimization initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing working conditions and customer needs.
- Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
