What you will be doing at A4BEE
Social Media Management:
Social Media Management:
- Planning, creating, and publishing posts on platforms like Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and You Tube.
- Creating engaging graphics, videos, and photos for social media.
- Producing engaging content – from copywriting to visualizations.
- Managing ad campaigns and optimizing their performance.
- Analyzing and reporting on social media performance. Internal Communication:
- Regularly updating internal information using Atlassian Confluence and Google Workspace (Slides).
- Supporting teams in effectively sharing information within the company.
Website Management:
- Updating and optimizing content on a Word Press-based website.
- Basic HTML modifications (knowledge of CSS/Java Script will be an advantage).
- Using Google Analytics to analyze website performance and user engagement.
Multimedia and Graphics:
- Creating presentations in Power Point and Google Slides.
- Designing graphics and creating video and photo materials.
- Using Canva for visual content creation (knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Research and Analysis:
- Searching for and analyzing new trends in marketing and communication tools.
What you need to succeed:
- Problem solving approach by being proactive with focus on identifying solutions and not obstacles only
- Experience in managing social media and creating digital content.
- Basic knowledge of Word Press and HTML (or a willingness to learn).
- Proficiency with multimedia tools like Canva, Power Point, Google Slides (knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus).
- Ability to create engaging content and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Experience in managing online ad campaigns will be an advantage
- Being organized and meticulous, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Additionally, it’s great if you are:
- Creative and full of ideas, with the ability to tell stories through multimedia.
- Technically skilled, particularly with basic Word Press and Google Analytics.
- A good communicator, able to collaborate in a team and ensure smooth internal communication.
- Analytical, able to interpret data and use it to improve performance.
