Job Description
- Creation of new items in AX system (ERP System)
- Creation and updating product data in AX system (ERP System)
- Timely, consistent and accurate management of data according to customer requirements
- Creation and supervision of material list (Bo M) for finish goods, Bulks and Packaging
- Creation and supervision of technical documents
- Creation and modifying label projects
- Individual or mass data upload for items
- Supervision of data quality and correction of data as needed
- Analysis of data issues in terms of deviations from standards
- Support in issue solving regarding PDM process
- Support in problem solving for current production process
- Support for PDM projects
- Support in creating a continuous improvement system
- Other works commissioned by the superior
Qualifications
1. Required technical competences
- Ability to create BOMs and routes in the ERP system
- Knowledge of the ERP system
- Ability to create label designs
2. Personal competences
- High work culture
- Reliability, accuracy, attentiveness, meticulousness
- Willingness to perform routine tasks
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactivity, dynamism and independence in action
- Good organization of working time and planning of own work
- Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment
- Willingness to acquire new skills
- Experience min. 1,5 years in a similar position
- Professional experience in an international company, preferable production profile
- Higher technical education
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English, verbal and written (must have)
- Knowledge of ERP system, preferable SAP or Axapta
- Knowledge in Change Management Driving license category B
