WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Procurement Sourcing Executive responsible for Research & Development category you will perform bidding processes, working closely with business stakeholders and global category managers. You will conduct market research activities, issue Requests for Proposals, analyze received proposals, make recommendations for supplier selection as well as negotiate and prepare relevant contracts.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Procurement sourcing experience (2 years), supplier management and contract negotiation
- Experience in Pharma, Biotech, Lifescience or CRO (Clinical Trials), alternatively in Consumer Health/OTC or CDMO would be an asset
- Very good interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Proactive and agile approach, as well as ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
- Experience in working in multinational/global team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly in using MS Excel
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Procurement fields of study
- Excellent command of English (C1 is a must)

As a Procurement Sourcing Executive responsible for Research & Development category you will perform bidding processes, working closely with business stakeholders and global category managers. You will conduct market research activities, issue Requests for Proposals, analyze received proposals, make recommendations for supplier selection as well as negotiate and prepare relevant contracts.
Further duties will include:
- Coordinating the process of renewal or termination of agreements with suppliers
- Proceeding with the process of annual price-update initiatives with suppliers
- Market Intelligence gathering, guided analytics for the strategy preparation
- Supplier relationship management: e.g. support running QBR
- Analytical part: Demand collection and update, Contracts data base, contribution input, databases keeping, SLAs monitoring, etc.
- Maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications
