The Expert in Process Modelling will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using SAP Signavio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of utilizing process modelling tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in SAP Signavio and strategic business insight to align process improvements with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize SAP Signavio to create, analyze, and optimize business process models.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure process models meet business needs.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure process models align with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and validate process models.
  • Communicate complex process concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on process analysis.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of process models and improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process changes and their impact on business performance.
  • Ensure all process documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process modelling and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in using SAP Signavio or similar tool for process modelling and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in creating detailed process documentation and reports.
  • Solid understanding of business operations
  • Certification in process modeling or business analysis (e.g., BPMN, CBAP).
  • Experience in CPMG industry
  • Familiarity with other process modelling tools and methodologies.
