What you will do:

Manage collections process on assigned portfolio of customers

Resolve customers disputes pertaining to Collections
-
Answer customers incoming queries
-
Make recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectible debt

Build long term business relationship with customers

Plan and prioritize own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met
