We want to avoid reducing you to just a set of responsibilities, positions, or job titles because we don't think of ourselves that way. If you need a clear list of responsibilities that are fixed and unchanging most of the time, it is possible that the People Team (or Appunite in general) may not be the right fit for you. Of course, there will be areas in which you will have ownership, but we prioritize responding to the Appuniters needs and engaging in the initiatives with the greatest impact for all of the teams within the company. You will have autonomy in selecting your priorities, as well as the chance to consult with your team and get input from stakeholders. Working at Appunite, you will be:
Supporting daily office on-site and remote operations: Whether it’s managing office or handling equipment requests, you’ll ensure everything works smoothly. You’ll oversee all policies, processes, and relationships, including vendors, property management and making sure that invoices are paid on time.
Handling onboarding: You’ll make sure new hires have everything they need, from access to equipment, and ensure their first day is a great experience.
Managing offboarding: You’ll oversee the process when someone leaves the company, taking care of equipment returns, access removal.
Managing travel arrangements: You’ll coordinate travel bookings and ensure everything is handled smoothly for team members who need to travel for work.
Taking care of office equipment and subscriptions: You’ll manage everything from office tools to licenses, and ensure they’re running efficiently. Managing computers for Appuniters, preparing them for servicing, and pricing them for internal and external sales.
Training budget: Ownership of the training budget and our books formula benefit, which allows Appuniters to request for the books helpful in their development.
Improving workflows: You’ll spot areas where things can be done better and work with the team to implement solutions.
You are the ideal fit for our team if you:
Have at least 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role in start-up or scale-up environment.
Are organized, detail-focused, and proactive.
Love solving problems and improving processes.
Communicate well and can work with different teams.
Can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Have excellent proficiency in both English and Polish.
Are able to come to our office in Poznań when needed.

Have experience managing technical equipment or hardware.
Are familiar with handling subscriptions or licenses.
Have experience improving workflows in an office environment.
Have experience in project management.
