The purpose of the role is ensure proper functioning of the local office.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the continuity of office operations and providing support to the Board Members and employees.
• Preparing input data for the budget planning process.
• Business travel organization for employees.
• Company events organization eg. Teambuilding, Christas and Easter party, Sustainability actions, charity actions etc.
• Close cooperation with external E&HS company and Group Site Security Team.
• Cooperation with building owner in terms on contracts, daily issues, safety etc..

Requirements:

• Advanced English is a must
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication skills
• Effective problem solving skills
• Excellent self-working time organization with various tasks
• Focus on internal and external client
• Focus on details
• Focus on goals
