Development and introduction of an integrated facility management
Development and introduction of a standardized Total Productive Maintenance program
Development and introduction of a knowledge transfer database
Establishment and introduction of an overarching spare parts management system
Creation and further development of common key figures for all plants
Definition of group standards for the cleaning of machines / equipment and tools incl. best practice and transfer to the plants ·
Support and technical management of the organizational units of the plants
Support and controlling of refurbishment costs in the plants
Project management and/or support for investments as well as potential plant expansions and changes
Participation in the development of the proposal for multi-year plans, budgets and forecasts regarding investments for the plants
Leading of special projects
Assist plants in emergency cases of spare parts or breakdowns.
Other duties as assigned

Your qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in Automotive, production & maintenance
Project management skills
Financial understanding
Good communication skills, team player and ability to work in functional networks
International mindset
Fluent in English
willingness to travel to support physically the projects and plants
Relevant experience in maintenance in an industrial company
Sound knowledge in project management ·
Experience in the development and implementation of KPIs and standards
Independent, responsible and structured way of working
High flexibility, motivation and commitment
