Proactively ensure the highest level of local IT infrastructure and systems availability.
Control performance, manage and monitor all installed local IT systems.
Perform regular firmware updates and software systems patching.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies and policies.
Regularly check, monitor and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Manage and maintain IT disaster recovery plan, schedule, perform critical systems failover tests.
Provide 1st level support and necessary technical trainings for local users, ensure that all escalated incidents are handled within defined internal SLA.
Cooperate with 2nd, 3rd level of IT support team and vendors for problem management and resolution process.
Participate in the local and global IT projects, ensuring that new solutions are brought to the latest IT infrastructure corporate standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Your qualifications

Minimum 2 years on similar position.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
English language on professional working proficiency.
Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) on the CCNA level.
Good understanding of network security principles.
Strong background and experience in administration of MS Windows and MS Servers operating systems.
Knowledge of Active Directory at the level of local OU administration, defining GPO and GPP policies.
Technical knowledge of storages and server equipment, ability to configure a virtual environment based on Hyper-V cluster.
Practical knowledge of MS cloud infrastructure and usage like: Azure, Share Point, One Drive, Intune, Defender.
Experience with Backup principles maintenance, tools and solutions.
Ability to implement fast workaround actions, analyze the root causes and develop comprehensive solutions.
Excellent communication and analytics problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Driving license category B.

Welcome

Certificates confirming the required skills, e.g. CCNA, MCA, MCF, MCE, ISO 27001, ITIL.
Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Always On High Availability solutions.
Experience with Zebra label printers and mobile terminals.
Knowledge of backup and recovery software Veeam Backup & Replication, VCC.
Knowledge of automotive industry business processes and supported system like ERP, MES.
