Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the EMEA portfolio in global lease platform
Review of lease-related documentation and facilitating the abstraction of critical information including rent and other financial obligations.
Tracking of lease renewals, cancellations and rent commencements along with new location launches.
Establishing new landlord records (suppliers) in global lease platform and external payment systems.
Processing of needed forms and managing the required internal processes to ensure all aspects of the supplier data is captured to facilitate ease of payment.
Invoice data entry, financial approval requests and payment reconciliations.
Tracking payment issues and resolving technical issues resulting in potential delayed payments.
Requirements:
Business Degree or equivalent Lease Administration experience
Fluent German and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in financial reconciliations, budget review and audit processes
Previous experience in commercial lease administration for a real estate company preferable
Previous experience with commercial real estate software platforms
An excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively
An excellent ability to build trust among colleagues and service partners
Ability to work independently and to be proactive
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet applications
Experience in the business world, ideally within real estate operations.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
High attention to detail
