We are searching for a:
TheContract, Lease & Sales Admin who will review and activate the lease contracts across Ricoh EMEA in accordance with internal policies and processes and external regulation. The Specialist will ensure that all activities for the department are performed in accordance with agreed SLAs. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
Contract review and booking
Resolution of contract rejections
Contract administration & amendment
Contract termination Support with contract Sell Off to in-house and external leasing companies
Support the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly and month end Reporting
Support for sales in master data adjustments (customer addresses, contact persons)
Invoice corrections (credit notes and re-billing)
Processing orders in the system and sending the order to the supplier
Goods receipt booking
Creating delivery notes
Creating quotes, sending them to our sales reps
Quoting for subscription renewals
Article master data maintenance (recording articles)
Handling errors in the system during order processing and quote creation
Handling of corrections and amendments due to reports on a regular basis
Handling of our hour pool invoicing and amendments
Support in invoicing our services
What we are looking for in you:
Solid working knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Siebel
Strong English language skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to understand standard leasing related policies
