Vendor Team
Role Purpose
The primary objective of the role is to support Vendor Creation processes; Bank Confirmation, Set up new suppliers.

What this job involves:
Confirming verbally Suppliers bank account
Set up new / update existing and Approve Vendors
Preparing any documentation and reports as required
Keeping databases up-to-date and documents archiving
Providing superior customer service to internal clients
Every day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.

Available minimum 30 hours per week
Fluent spoken & written English is a must
Very good level of spoken & written German/French/ Spanish will be an advantage
Student of extramural studies or a graduate is welcome
Analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and
Excel skills
