As a Lead SW Verification Engineer the job holder will join the Avion X Poland team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple product lines across Boeing Avion X.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional experience
English proficiency
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Knowledge of computer architecture and tools for manual & automated testing, unit testing, integration testing and functional testing
Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
Experience in test automation
Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
Demonstrated design and system thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership experience
Collaborating in international and multi-national projects
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience implementing Test Automation frameworks
Linux proficiency
Experience with Cloud Computing and Virtualization
Experience with CI/CD processes
ISTQB Certificate
Experience in SW verification and validation for avionics (DO-178C) or other electronic systems
