Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for technical issues, autonomously addressing and resolving employee inquiries and system problems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, Okta, network infrastructure, and client operating systems including Windows and mac OS.
• Oversee the deployment and management of client software using tools like Jamf and Intune.
• Ensuring hardware inventory is maintained in order and meets company standards.
• Contribute to global IT projects aimed at enhancing IT infrastructure and services.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
• Analyze recurring IT issues, collaborating with other IT teams to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
• Support office IT infrastructure, including network maintenance, printer and video conferencing systems setup.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees in IT systems.
• Assist with provisioning of hardware and software licenses.

Who We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience in IT support functions, with proficiency in supporting both mac OS and Windows-based systems.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Jamf and Intune.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as Jira and Service Now.
• Good understanding of computer network fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with motivation for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• A proactive, customer-oriented approach to IT support, remaining calm under pressure.
• Team player who actively collaborates with colleagues to find solutions and improve IT services.
• Effective communication skills, comfortable with both written and spoken English.
