Main responsibilities as a HR Ops TL:

• Lead a team of HR Operations Specialists in Poland providing informal guidance
• Key stakeholder and project coordinator of important initiatives
• Continue driving ongoing HR automation projects for PL - systems/tools implementation and integrations
• Guide the team in terms in BAU activities - Data Quality, Position Management, Labour Law compliance of all employee-related documents etc.
• Solves complex problems
• Be a SPOC for the local HRBP and LT members in terms of HR Ops activities and guidelines
• Seek for Improvements of the team performance
• Ensure team engagement and wellbeing
• Establish opportunities for development within the team
• Drive results and make sure all business-critical timelines are met

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• College degree or equivalent
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services or HR functional experience
• Understanding of equity and mobility programs
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous experience with Oracle Fusion as well as ADP knowledge
• Strategic mindset and the ability to deliver change successfully
• Business fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Payroll certification
• Understanding of payroll principles, concepts, industry practices and standards
