In a typical day as an Rt R Accountant, you'll:

• Handle accounting transactions, including accruals, deferrals, payroll postings, fixed assets, prepaids, reclasses on costs and revenue, regrouping, and valuation.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Understand accounting systems and processes; contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate findings effectively.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and accounts reconciliation.
• Extensive analytical and computer skills (Excel on advanced level).
• Experience in working with accounting software, preferably SAP / S4Hana.
• Higher Education - University Degree (degree in accounting, finance, economics).
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably General Ledger area.
• Fluency in English.
